The Gong recorder will scan reps’s calendars for scheduled meetings. Then Gong will join those calls as a silent participant and start recording
(This also means we only join meetings that have been scheduled in advance that the calendar invites that Sales Reps send out)
You can find the actionable data from these calls on Gong’s platform.
Simply head over to Okta and click on the Gong tile.
Head over to Gong (via Okta), go to My Profile (top right) and update your personal meeting room
Once logged into Gong, reps need to click on their name in the upper right of the Gong Screen > Settings > connect your calendar by authenticating with their O365 credentials.
