Gong’s platform captures all customer interactions – calls and web conference meetings.
Simply add email@example.com to any of your meeting invites on BlueJeans, Zoom or any other web conferencing tool
Once invited to a meeting, the Gong recorded will join those calls as a silent participant and start recording.
A transcript of all recorded calls will be available on Gong so you can search for key moments from customer conversations
(So don’t forget to remind them add firstname.lastname@example.org to your meeting invites)
You can find actionable data from these calls on Gong’s platform through:

If you are using a Zoom password, append the password at the end of the Zoom URL
